  • We are seeking a passionate community leader to join our Board of Directors. An ideal candidate would have a background in public art or community art projects.

    Bloom’s Board meets virtually on the second Wednesday of the month from 7-8 pm.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with the Board of Directors and Executive Director to support the organization's mission and growth.

    • Provide oversight and guidance on financial matters, including financial reporting, auditing, and risk management.

    • Leverage connections to help secure funding for the organization's programs and operations.

    • Help ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.

    • Participate in board meetings and offer expertise on financial and fundraising matters.

  • We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee administrative operations, financial processes, and staff coordination. This role is essential to ensuring smooth clinic operations, effective communication with clients and partners, and support for our growing team of therapists.

    The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare office administration, billing (including CCS and insurance), accounting, and staff management—along with a passion for mental health, client service, and supporting a nonprofit mission.

    Key Responsibilities

    Administrative & Financial Management

    • Manage insurance billing using TheraNest and other external provider portals, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.

    • Reconcile CCS billing and other relevant state-funded billing systems.

    • Maintain financial records and manage accounting in QuickBooks, including reconciliation, payroll coordination, expense tracking and monthly bank deposits.

    • Invoice partners and vendors, ensuring timely renewals and compliance.

    Operations & Staff Coordination

    • Coordinate and implement staff onboarding processes.

    • Support HR-related functions, including documentation, DHHS impaneling, and compliance with organizational policies.

    Customer Relations & Communication

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for CCS, client, and family inquiries.

    • Uphold a high standard of customer service through clear, compassionate, and timely communication.

    • Troubleshoot issues and escalate when appropriate, maintaining strong relationships with clients and staff.

    Fundraising & Marketing Support

    • Assist with fundraising events and donor engagement activities.

    • Coordinate content and scheduling for social media marketing (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).

    • Collaborate with leadership on outreach and community engagement initiatives.

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare, mental health, or nonprofit setting.

    • Proficiency in TheraNest, QuickBooks, Availity, Provider Express, and Avatar NX.

    • Strong working knowledge of insurance billing processes.

    • Experience managing contracts, scheduling, and staff onboarding.

    • Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

    • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.

    • Interest in nonprofit development, fundraising, and social media marketing.

    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Background in healthcare administration or nonprofit operations.

    • Familiarity with HIPAA and client confidentiality regulations.

    Compensation & Schedule

    • This is a full-time, salaried position. Full-time is considered 35 hrs per week.

    • Compensation is commensurate with experience.

    • Hybrid work options (2 remote days a week maximum) may be available after training and orientation.
