About the Role

Bloom Art and Integrated Therapies, Inc is seeking a creative arts therapist to join our supportive and dynamic team. Bloom is a non-profit art therapy organization that serves Milwaukee and surrounding areas. Our philosophy is highly patient-centered, and our mission is to make quality art therapy and mental health services accessible.

Clients are seen at our office location, a partner location, or virtually for telehealth. This position will serve clients in individual, group, and community settings. Services are provided for a variety of clients including but not limited to: children and adults who experienced trauma, children with developmental disabilities, and individuals with mental health needs.

This full-time or part-time position is to work with youth individuals in the Milwaukee Wraparound Network, a DHHS program. Additional hours can be used to build a caseload and see individual clients of any age at Bloom's new Walker's Point location and therapist can bill insurances and accept private-pay or sliding-scale. Opportunities are available for work in community programs. The therapist will be an employee of Bloom Art and Integrated Therapies, Inc. Hours are flexible and determined by therapist.

Pay range is based on education, experience, and client caseload. Benefits include: art materials and items necessary for implementing art therapy experiences, yearly licensure reimbursement, professional liability insurance, flexible scheduling, and free gym membership on location. Bloom Art and Integrated Therapies, Inc offers a supportive culture, with weekly supervision meetings emphasizing collaboration and self-care. Opportunities for supervision hours toward LPC and ATR are available.

Requirements

All applicants must have earned a master’s degree in art therapy or related health fields.


LPC and ATR preferred. LPC-IT required.


Other applicants can be currently working towards appropriate licensure (LPC, ATR, and/or ATRL).


Therapist must be flexible, organized, detail oriented, dependable, reliable, creative, collaborative, communicate well, have necessary documentation skills, willing to learn, professional, and punctual. Bi-lingual/Spanish speaking is a bonus.
